I’ve noticed that there has been complaining about too much porn on the Makorra tag and that’s bad because Legend of Korra is a children show and I have younger siblings who for some reason look over my shoulder when I’m on the computer. 

I can see why someone would be annoyed with the over abundance of porn on a certain tag but these claims are kinda silly. LoK is a show primarily for kids but porn that is based from franchises that are designated for a less mature audience have existed LONG before Korra and Korra is no exception. Rule 34 anyone? Hell, even My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic has a large porn following much to my disgust.  Complaining about porn on the internet is like complaining about hipsters being at Coachella. They have always been there and there will always be there, so you might as well get used to it. It’s the internet. 

As for younger siblings, I don’t mean to be a condescending douche about this, but  when you’re on Tumblr and you have younger siblings in the same room, what they see is automatically YOUR responsibility, not Tumblr’s. Tumblr is a site that is designed to appeal to adults and teens, not everyone. When you go on here, you should be aware of the possibility that you might see something that might not be entirely appropriate for children. As for kids accidently stumbling on 34 of Korra is something else inappropriate, again it’s the parents’ or guardian’s responsibility to monitor what the child is seeing online, not Tumblr.  

I can understand why some people are concerned with porn on the Makorra tag. I just don’t think it’s right to ask all of Tumblr to change to fit a small minority’s own personal values. Just my two cents.

Also, the wank behind this is beyond stupid. Basically what he’s saying that if he was going by just attraction and lust = Asami. But in terms of what has a better chance of a relationship? = Korra. He doesn’t seem to be insulting Asami nor Korra rather he’s just stating his preference (Not Mako’s). I can see why some might find trouble with some of his wording overall but he’s really only using the word “slut” to  purely describe himself. Not Asami or that anyone else who finds her hot. Calm your tits, Tumblr.
